An indicative price, from the start
Our guide price is £1,600 per square metre plus VAT. For example, a 5m × 3.2m room is 16m²: £25,600 plus £5,120 VAT at 20%, giving an indicative total of £30,720.
This is an estimate, not a quotation. Decking is excluded from the building-area calculation; options and site-specific requirements are not individually priced by the designer. Electrical work is not included. We will confirm the specification, access, foundations and final price with you.
