* Roof insulation is solid 100mm thick PIR solid foil backed insulation giving fantastic thermal values, walls are 100mm fibre insulation. Floors 50mm PIR solid foil backed insulation overboarded in 18mm cable flooring, glued and finished in your choice of laminate flooring.
